Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Eldorado Snipebot (the "Service"), a software product operated by [YOUR FULL LEGAL NAME OR COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a license you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service is self-serve software (SaaS) for sellers on the third-party marketplace Eldorado.gg. It reads new boost requests visible to your seller account, calculates a price from the price tables you configure and submits offers on your behalf, and can send the automatic chat messages you set up. The Service is fully automated software; it does not include any gaming, boosting or other human-delivered service. We are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Eldorado.gg.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid e-mail address.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details and extension connection key secret and for all activity under your account.
- You connect your own Eldorado account through our browser extension. We never ask for your Eldorado password.
3. Licenses, trial and pricing
- Licenses are sold per game for a fixed period (for example 7, 15 or 30 days). A license starts when it is activated and ends automatically at the end of the period.
- Licenses are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal; you are never charged again unless you buy again.
- Each game can be tried free for 8 hours, once per game per Eldorado account. Attempts to obtain additional trials (for example with new accounts) may lead to suspension.
- Prices are shown on our website before purchase. Paddle may add applicable taxes at checkout.
4. Your responsibilities
- You decide the prices, rules and messages the Service uses and you are responsible for the offers it submits for you.
- You must comply with Eldorado.gg's own terms and all applicable laws. Use of third-party platforms is at your own risk; we are not responsible for actions a third-party platform takes against your account.
- You may not resell, share or sublicense your access, reverse engineer the Service, interfere with its security, or use it for fraud, spam or any unlawful purpose.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service depends on third-party platforms that may change without notice, which can temporarily limit features. We do not guarantee any number of accepted offers, sales or earnings. We may improve or change features over time.
6. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms. When a license ends or an account is terminated, the bot stops submitting offers for the affected game(s).
7. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party platforms, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 30 days before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version; material changes will be announced on our website or Discord. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
